"Overall, I’m happy with this..."
Overall, I’m happy with this record!! The sound is clean, the pressing feels nice and solid, and the quality is definitely there. The packaging was fine too, though one corner had a small bend when it arrived. Not a huge deal at all, just enough for me to give it 4 stars instead of 5.

"Kind of Cheap-Looking Design"
The design, to me, looked a bit cheap and confusing. The buttons were kind of messy feeling, and the colors just seemed off somehow

"Preorder communication left me unsure"
I placed a preorder through Ozma Records, the communication wasn’t great. At first I thought maybe I was just being impatient, but after a while I really had no clue what was going on.

I ended up having to reach out myself, and even then the replies were slow and kind of vague. I kept second-guessing whether I’d missed an update somewhere or if the date had changed, but it just felt like I was sitting around waiting with no clear info.

I totally get that delays can happen, especially with preorders, but a simple update would’ve made a big difference. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’d preorder from them again.

"Packaging looked rough"
I had a feeling something might be off as soon as I saw the box, and my instinct was right, the packaging came beat up with bent corners all over.

"Did anyone else notice the audio quality?"
I bought a download from ozmarecords.com, the sound quality was really disappointing. It came across kind of flat and muffled, almost like it was a low-bitrate file or something. I tried listening with both my headphones and speakers just to make sure it wasn’t my setup, but it sounded the same either way. Maybe I’m being picky, but for music, I feel like the audio should be way better than this. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

Overall, I had a good experience. It was easy enough to use and I didn’t run into any real problems. I’m usually careful about what I spend, so I felt like it was a decent value for the price.

"I ordered from ozmarecords.com thinking this collectible would..."
I ordered from ozmarecords.com thinking this collectible would be something nice to put on display, but it was disappointing when it arrived. The packaging felt cheap, and the item itself just didn’t have that special collector’s feel I was expecting. This is where it got annoying: the corners were a little rough, and the whole thing looked like not much care went into it. For what I paid, I definitely expected better. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Pretty easy site to use!"
I had a nice experience using Ozma Records. The pages loaded without any issues, and I was able to find what I needed quickly... no endless clicking around. Checkout was simple too, no weird or confusing steps, which I definitely appreciated.

I ordered a record and it arrived in good shape. So that part was fine. The tracking was slow to update though. Delivery also took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience. I just wish the shipping updates were clearer...

"Customer Service Vanished Into Thin Air"
I tried contacting ozmarecords.com a few different times about my order, it felt like shouting into the void. I never got a real answer, just silence like nobody is even looking at the messages. I totally get that delays can happen, but being ignored is a whole different level of frustrating. At this point, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Refund process was frustrating"
I had to follow up more than once about my return, and the refund took way longer than I expected. The replies I got were vague too, which just made the whole thing more annoying. if this is how returns are handled, I’m probably going to take my business somewhere else instead of ordering from ozmarecords.com again.

"Not really sure why it costs so much"
I left kind of confused by the pricing. Everything felt more expensive than I expected, and I couldn’t really figure out what made it worth that much compared to other places. Then the checkout total was higher than I thought it would be, which was frustrating. Maybe it makes sense for some people, but for me, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Got the wrong record"
I ordered one record and somehow ended up with a completely different one. The packing slip didn’t match either, so I’m not even sure what happened there. I tried to get it sorted out, but it just left me annoyed.

"Checkout was kind of a mess"
I tried ordering sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and my card kept getting declined at checkout even though it works fine everywhere else. After a few tries I just gave up and left the site
